+ Automatic email
Automatic emails require the integration of email communication. This add- on allows you to set up automatic emails within your user journey (flow).
+ Automatic SMS
Automatic SMS require the integration of sms communication. This add- on allows you to set up automatic SMS within your user journey (flow).
+ Automatic group
Will assign a user automatically to a group. Groups are typically used for work division between you and your colleagues.
+ Recurrents
Recurrents are automatic communication chains, that can be send out parallel to the flow. E.g. While the match is meeting you could let the system send out some inspirational emails for their meeting or you could set up an email to be sent every month saying sorry for the wait time, which will be cancelled once the user gets a match.
+ Survey
With the Survey add-on you can build your own survey and send it out manually or as part of the automatic flow.
+ Skip
A skip state in the flow allows you to skip some states (tasks, communication) in the flow, when a certain condition is met. This can be used to only follow-up manually on people who have not answered a "Survey", a "Send question" or a "Ask for file"

Allows you to integrate the task of "Ask for files" from a user into your flow.

Allows you to send out questions with two answering options via email or SMS. E.g. It is common to send out an email which asks if the match is still meeting. The user will then receive an email with Yes/No answering options.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Yes you can fully customise the system and only pay for the features you need. Be aware that some features are interdependent e.g. You can only subscribe to ,Automatic Email’, once you also have the ,Email’ feature.
You will always receive basic support no matter which add-ons you choose. This means we will help you with the initial onboarding and give support when you encounter difficulties.
Usually we will schedule an onboarding meeting, where we run through the information we need from you. After that you will be able to partly set up the project yourself and we will take care of the rest.
You can always add or cancel features. Just reach out and we will set up the new feature for you.
Yes, we can give you access to a testing environment. We usually provide access for 1 week and then follow up with a meeting to hear about your experience and answer any open questions.
Terms & Conditions
Ask for price for: Integrations, customisations, migration of data, extra features and additional projects/flows.
*Emails
50.000 monthly emails included – Costs when exceeding email limit: 1,50 € per 100 emails (will not be changed without consent of exceeding limit)
*SMS and Calls
Costs related to calling and SMS (extra costs will not be charged without consent of exceeding limit):
- 15 $ per month for the phone number
- 0,08 $ per sent and received SMS (Denmark)
- Regarding calls see https://www.twilio.com/voice/pricing/ (normal price range 0,01 – 0,05 $ domestic per minute depending on country)
- Case: With 50 € included spend you will pay ~ 15 € for the number and have between 3.500 and 700 minutes of phone calls per month depending on your country meaning ~ 12 – 60 hours
All prices are excluding the VAT your country adds. On Danish invoices the VAT will be added. On non Danish invoices the VAT will not be added.
*Full Support
You will always receive support for onboarding and when you have acute problems. Full support, however, includes more reviews and feedbacks on how to set up the system effectively. You will also have some influence on our future development plan.
Further contractual terms
The monthly fee is invoiced at the beginning of each month, from the signing of this agreement. The invoice needs to be paid at the latest 8 days after being received. Payment information will be written on the invoice.
Kople has the right to let the prices increase with up to 3,5% every calendar year for existing clients (even if the client has been a client for less than a year, at the time of the new calendar year) and further to charge for new features which are not part of this agreement. Kople also has the right to not increase the price one or multiple years and later increase the price up to the level that would have been the case if the price increases had happened yearly.
Kople is obliged to ensure that the System enables the client to adhere to GDPR. See https://www.kople.com/terms-privacy/ for GDPR terms which the client is obliged to read and agree to before starting to use the system.
Kople owns all intellectual property in relation to the System and has the right to sell access to the System to other buyers and to make changes to the System as long as it still has the same functionality as before.
The client can claim no ownership over the System, other than the rights to personal data in accordance with GDPR.
The client does not have the right to let any other organizations use the System.
Any disagreement which can not be resolved without the involvement of third parties will be resolved by the Danish court of law.
This subscription can be terminated by any of the parties with 3 months notice.
